Rename the software distribution
1, click Start-> All Programs-> Accessories, right-click the command prompt, and select Run as Administrator. If the User Account Control window appears, click Continue. Enter "net stop wuauserv" and press enter.
2. Rename the Softwaredistribution folder under %systemroot% (that is, the system installation directory, the default is c:\windows) to SDOLD.
3. click start-> all programs-> accessories, right-click the command prompt, and then select run as administrator. If the User Account Control window appears, click Continue. Enter "net start wuauserv" and press enter.
At this time, confirm again whether the problem has been solved. If it has not been resolved, please perform the following operations (subsequent operations).
Reset Internet Explorer
1, open IE, click Tools, and select Internet option.
2. Go to the Advanced tab.
3. Under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click Reset.
4. After the reset is completed, click Close.
At this time, confirm again whether the problem has been solved. If not, please do the following:
Clean environment startup
Start the clean environment as follows. (Clean startup: exclude third-party service startup items to start the system. )
1, click "Start", enter "msconfig" in "Start Search" and press enter.
2. In the Services tab, first select Hide all Microsoft services, and then click Disable All.
3. On the Start tab, click Disable All.
4. Click OK to restart.
