The custodian of the evidence list keeps the evidence. To accept the custody of the evidence list, you only need to hand it over to the evidence custodian.

Note: 1. Evidence Categories refer to: documentary evidence; physical evidence; audio-visual materials; witness testimony; party statements; appraisal conclusions.
2. Evidence names refer to specific names that distinguish each other from each other.
3. The evidence provider refers to the party who provides the evidence, and the signer refers to the staff member of the arbitration committee who signs for the list.
4. The evidence list shall be completed in duplicate by the party providing the evidence, one shall be submitted to the arbitration committee and one shall be retained by the parties.
5. The evidence provided by the parties shall be kept in its original condition. If there are any traces of alteration or damage, an explanation shall be given.
