(2) local unit guarantee: the customer and the unit manager bring their personal valid certificates to the business hall respectively, provide information such as the contact number (fixed telephone number) of the guarantee unit, sign the mobile phone guarantee agreement, and affix the official seal of the guarantee unit, which must be consistent with the contact phone name.

(3) No local guarantee: handling prepaid business.

Shop assistants should carefully review the contents and valid certificates filled in the network access agreement and application form. One copy of the agreement shall be kept by the customer, and the other copy shall be filed by the mobile communication company for future reference. The military officer's card (soldier's card is not allowed) must be the certificate of local organs and troops; Passport acceptance is only applicable to foreign customers; It is not allowed to use expired ID cards.

Customers can choose a variety of payment methods. If you choose bank collection, you need to hold a collection agreement signed with the bank.

Personal account opening should check whether there is telephone arrears according to the valid ID number; When opening an account, the company should check whether there is any telephone arrears according to the company name or bank account number. If there is arrears, please ask the customer to settle the arrears before opening a new account.

The clerk should assign the number to the customer according to the system operation flow, or provide the number according to the customer's demand.

The SIM card of mobile phone can be opened as soon as it is bought, and the salesperson opens it for the customer on the spot.

When accessing the network, customers can choose to open or close various services. If there is a business that has been opened by default when opening an account, the salesperson should explain it to the customer.
