Article 84 The record of inquiry shall be submitted to the person being questioned for verification; Read aloud for those who can't read. If there are omissions or errors in the record, the interviewee can supplement or correct them. After the person questioned confirms that the transcript is correct, he shall sign or seal it, and the people's police who inquire shall also sign the transcript.
If the person being questioned requests to provide written materials on the matters being questioned, it shall be allowed; When necessary, the people's police may also ask the person being questioned to write by himself.
When questioning a person under the age of 16 who violates the administration of public security, he shall notify his parents or other guardians to be present.
Article 102 If the punished person refuses to accept the decision on administrative punishment for public security, he may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law.
