Notarization is a non-litigation activity in which the state notary office proves the authenticity and legality of legal acts, documents with legal significance and legal facts according to the application of the parties, so as to protect public property, civil status, property rights and legitimate interests. The process of notarization means: 1. Citizens or legal persons applying for notarization shall submit to the local notary office with jurisdiction and fill in the notarization application form. 2. The parties concerned shall actively cooperate with the examination work of the notary office, accept inquiries, and make records before signing. If the parties are really unable to sign, they may affix their seals or fingerprints. 3. If the notary office thinks that the evidence provided by the parties is incomplete or in doubt, it shall notify the parties to make necessary supplements or submit them to the notary office. 4. If the application materials are verified to be appropriate, true and effective, and meet the relevant regulations and requirements, the notary office shall issue a certificate.

Article 11 of the Notary Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * According to the application of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations, the notary office handles the following notarization matters: (1) Contract; (2) inheritance; (3) entrustment, declaration, gift and will; (4) division of property; (5) Bidding and auction; (6) Marital status, kinship and adoption; (seven) birth, survival, death, identity, experience, education, degree, position, title, whether there is a criminal record; (8) Articles of association; (9) Preserving evidence; (ten) the signature, seal and date of the document, and the copy and photocopy of the document are consistent with the original; (eleven) other notarization matters voluntarily applied by natural persons, legal persons or other organizations. For matters that should be notarized according to laws and administrative regulations, the relevant natural persons, legal persons or other organizations shall apply to the notary office for notarization.
