Secondly, Li's son signed his name on some consent forms for his father's hospitalization and transfer to ICU, so after his father's death, he should bear the responsibility of paying medical expenses for his father because his father failed to compete.
Then, Li's son took the initiative to claim the inheritance right of his father's estate, and Li's daughter also enjoyed the inheritance right by default. And enjoy the right of inheritance, at the same time, additional creditor's rights also need to be inherited.

Because the law does not require children to pay extra debts for their parents.
