I think groove copybooks were invented by people who had no writing experience. People who really know how to write will know that they want to post. An important process of pasting is to read the copybook. For pen writing, we mainly look at the brushwork and structure, which we need to observe, but the groove copybook only makes your hand form a mechanical memory, which is not good. Not recommended.
