This means that travel contracts can be signed electronically, and the country is promoting this change.
Tourism electronic contract refers to the contract signed on the third-party electronic contract platform that conforms to the law and takes the approved standard format of tourism contract as its content. Tourism electronic contract can realize online filling, modification, signing, downloading, uploading and filing, statistical management and other functions. Tourism electronic contracts that meet the two characteristics of "signer's real name authentication" and "reliable electronic signature" are protected by law and have legal effect.
