The method of synchronization between mailbox and mobile phone's own mail;

1. On the mobile phone, open the email application to add an account.

2. In the email application, add a mailbox. Enter the email account number and password, bind the commonly used email, and use it after logging in.

3. In the upper left corner of the login email page, click ≡ Expand the email option, click "Add email account" at the bottom, enter the email account and password, and select "POP3" or "EXCHANGE" to bind/log in other emails. You can also add a mailbox under Settings → Accounts.

4. After logging in, click the "Settings" button in the upper right corner to display the emails of multiple accounts together, and you can also set the storage location, power saving mode, email notification, ringtone and vibration of email attachments.

5. After logging in, click the arrow behind the email account to modify the settings such as sending nickname, signature, synchronization frequency, and number of days to keep email. After the setting is completed, the other party will display my information after receiving the email, which is convenient for email filtering. You can also delete the currently bound mailbox.

6. After the accounts are merged, all received and unread emails in the inbox will be displayed. Click email download to forward emails and attachments on your mobile phone.

7. Open the document or picture and click "Share and Send" at the bottom. You can choose "Email", enter the other party's email account in the dialog box and send it to the other party.
