Method 2,
1. Start Word safe mode, click, enter winword/safe in the search bar and press Enter to test whether the problem still exists ?
2. Start Word normally, click "File -" Options - "Add-ins, click "Go" to clear the add-ins inside.
3. Remove the files in the startup folder
Please click in sequence and enter the following path in the search bar:
%ProgramFiles%/MicrosoftOffice /office14/startup
%appdata%/microsoft/Word/STARTUP
4. Remove the Normal.dotm file: click "Start" and type %appdata%/microsoft /templates
If you find the ~$Normal.dotm hidden file in this path, it is recommended that you delete it.
5. Rename the following key values ??in the registry:
1). Click, enter regedit in the search bar, and then click OK.
2). Expand to the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Office/14.0/Word
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Office/word/ addins
3). Select the corresponding folder, right-click the mouse, and click Rename. Rename Word to Word1 and Addins to Addins1. Restart Word and test whether the problem occurs.
