3. Scope
Drawings provided by customers; Product drawings being designed by the technical department; Archive drawings of molded products; Drawings being used by various departments; Drawings for outsourcing. Including printed paper drawings and electronic documents in computers and mobile storage media.
4. Responsibility
4. 1 The technical department is responsible for drawing, reviewing, coding, filing, changing, issuing, recycling and destroying the drawings; Supervise the use of drawings by relevant departments.

5. 1 general rules
5. 1. 1 Drawings must indicate the technical parameters and requirements in detail, and indicate the draftsman and drawing date.
5. 1.2 The drawings shall be valid only after being examined and signed (stamped) by the reviewer and marked with the date of examination. Unaudited signed (stamped) drawings shall not be put into relevant departments, let alone used.

5.3 Provisions on filing, distribution and use of drawings
5.3. 1 Product drawings shall be carefully designed by design engineers to avoid missing labels and marking wrong data and symbols. After self-examination and mutual examination by project team members, the drawings shall be reviewed and approved by the head of technical department.
5.3.2 All drawings and materials shall be filed and kept by the Technical Department, and electronic documents shall be backed up once a month.
5.3.3 All drawings and materials shall be uniformly distributed by the Technical Department, and no one else may distribute them privately, let alone disclose them to anyone outside the specified scope.
5.3.4 The technical department issues drawings according to the requirements of each department. The Registration Form for Distribution/Recycling of Technical Documents shall indicate the information of the distributed drawings, the name of the department and whether the old drawings are recycled, and the recipients of each department shall sign the form for confirmation.
5.3.4 Drawings stamped with the blue "Trial Production" seal, that is, sample drawings or trial-produced product drawings, can only be used in the corresponding single task, and should be recovered and destroyed by the technical department in time after completion.
5.3.5 The drawings of each department shall be filed and used according to product classification, and shall not be scribbled or marked at will to maintain the integrity and originality of the drawings.
5.3.6 When the drawings of relevant departments need to be supplemented due to damage, loss or work needs, an application form shall be filled in, and the damaged old drawings shall be recovered after examination and approval according to the prescribed procedures, and the damaged old drawings shall be recovered by the technical department.
5.3.7 In external processing, the Material Control Department shall apply to the Technical Department for the drawings required for each order, and the drawings in external processing shall be stamped with the seal of "Subcontract" and dated. After the processing is completed, the material control department is responsible for recycling and filing, and indicates that it cannot be used in the next order.
5.4 drawing changes
5.4. 1 When the drawings need to be changed, the Drawing Change Application Form shall be filled in, and the changes can only be made after the technical director approves it.
5.4.2 During the trial production of products, if a small amount of data changes in the drawings, it can be directly altered or crossed out on the drawings, and the change information can be filled in the drawings; After the change, the signature of the change person is required, and the date is attached. If there is a big change, the old drawings should be replaced by new drawings.
5.4.3 After the product enters the mass production stage, when the product is improved and the modified drawings are distributed, the obsolete old drawings should be replaced with the modified new drawings, and the obsolete drawings should be recycled and destroyed by the technical department.
5.4.4 The drawing keeper of each department shall actively cooperate with the drawing distributor of the technical department to receive new drawings in time, and discover and return invalid old drawings in time. If you can't provide the old drawings, you should apply as required.
5.4.5 After the technical department changes the archived drawings, the original drawings shall not be destroyed, and the original drawings shall be stamped with the "invalid" seal, and the archives shall be traceable.
5.4.6 When it is determined that the drawings need to be changed, the design engineer of the technical department shall immediately communicate with the property management department and relevant production departments to avoid the material backlog or the waste of work in process caused by repurchasing or processing the raw materials or parts that need to be changed.
5.4.7 Drawings received by each department should be avoided as far as possible during use. If the old drawings are not returned to the technical department after the drawings are updated, and the old drawings are used in the work, there will be bad batches of parts, and the responsible person will be responsible for the losses caused thereby.
5.5 Confidentiality of drawings
5.5. 1 No department or individual may print or copy drawings and documents without authorization, or transmit them online in the form of electronic files or copy them with mobile hard disks, USB flash drives or floppy disks. If it is necessary to print or copy due to work needs, the manager shall submit a written application, and after the department manager signs it for review, the head of the technical department will approve the printing, copying and copying.
5.5.2 In order to ensure the confidentiality of the drawings and materials, no one may transfer or lend the drawings and materials to outsiders without permission, except according to the normal procedures (the department drawing keeper fills in the application form and the department manager reviews it).
