1. The key wizard will output garbled characters, which is a problem with our computer settings. We first open the control panel and find the clock, language and region,

2 , find the item Clock, Language and Region, select the language, let’s go in and set it up.

3. Click on the Keyboard and Language item, find Change Keyboard, and click to enter settings.

4. If it is an English-British-American keyboard, the problem lies here, and it needs to be changed. This is the reason for garbled characters.

5. Set to "Chinese Simplified Chinese-Chinese Simplified-American Keyboard". Set this to a certain point to apply, otherwise it will not take effect.
