Matters needing attention in express delivery

The outer package of the express mail is in good condition, which shall be inspected after being signed and confirmed by the recipient. If there is any shortage or damage after unpacking inspection, you can return the goods or ask the courier to write a written certificate and take photos, and immediately call the merchant or the customer service staff of the courier company.
If the outer package is obviously damaged, unless otherwise agreed between the courier service agency and the sender, the sender shall inform the recipient to accept the inner package before signing.
