① Close the related programs of HUB and Unity.

② delete the file c:/users/yourusername \ appdata \ roaming \ unity \ editor5.x \ preferences \ layouts \ default \ lastlayout.dwlt.

③ Open Unity HUB-right-click the project-open it in the resource manager-find the library folder and delete it all, then exit the hub and restart.
