How to operate paging printing in Microsoft Outlook

Any page of your choice can be printed by switching to the browser view of Mail. In an open message, on the Mail tab, in the Actions group, click More Actions, and then click View in Browser. If you see a security message and want to continue, click OK. On the browser toolbar, click the arrow next to the Print button, and then click Print Preview. Identify one or more pages to print. On the toolbar, click Print. Under Page Range, click Pages, and then type the page number of the page that you want to print. Select any other printing options. Click Print. Select text or other parts of the message directly in the browser window, not in the Print Preview window. In an open message, on the Mail tab, in the Actions group, click More Actions, and then click View in Browser. If you see a security message, click OK to continue. In the message, select the parts you want to print. On the browser toolbar, click the arrow next to the Print button, and then click Print. Under Page Range, click Selected Range, and then click Print.
