2. Leave formalities shall be in written form. If you can't go through the written leave formalities under special circumstances, you should ask for leave by phone and make up after going through the written formalities. SMS leave is invalid.
3. Employees who are out on business and can't attend work on time should register with the Administration Department as soon as possible after returning to their posts, and be signed by the competent leader for confirmation.
Article 2 Sick leave
1. Employees who really can't go to work due to illness must be approved by the competent leader and reported to the Administration Department for the record. Those who have been sick for more than three working days in a row must obtain a leave certificate issued by the hospital.
2. Sick employees should ask for leave from the competent leader before 9: 00 on the same day, and can only ask for leave after approval.
3. The employee shall submit the sick leave note to the Administration Department for verification and filing on the day of going to work after recovery.
4. Sick pay, 30% of the basic salary within 1- 10 days; If it is more than 10 day, the salary shall be paid in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of Beijing Municipality on Wage Payment.
Article 3 Personal leave
1. If employees need to take time off for reasonable reasons, they must apply in writing one day in advance (in case of unforeseen emergency, they must ask for instructions from the company leader before 9: 00 am), truthfully explain the reasons, and ask for leave only after the approval of the competent leader, otherwise they will be treated as absenteeism.
2. Personal leave shall be deducted according to the daily standard wage 100%.
3. If there is any personal emergency during working hours, please ask for leave from the competent leader according to the regulations on personal leave, and those who violate it will be treated as absenteeism.
Article 4 Annual leave
1. According to the Regulations on Paid Annual Leave for Employees, the number of days of annual leave is calculated according to the working years in the company. Employees who have worked for more than 1 year but less than 10/year shall take 5 days of annual leave; Annual leave 10 days if it is over/kloc-0 years but less than 20 years; Annual leave 15 days for those who have completed 20 years. National statutory holidays and rest days are not included in the annual leave.
2. Annual leave can only be taken after applying to the company in advance and getting approval.
3. Those who have not taken annual leave in that year will not be accumulated to the second year (except in special circumstances).
Article 5 Marriage leave
1. According to the provisions of the Marriage Law, when employees ask for marriage leave, they must fill in the application form for marriage leave in person, and submit it to the administrative department for filing after being approved by the competent leader. After the personal leave is over, you must get a marriage certificate and proof to cancel the personal leave. Marriage leave time: those who are married according to the legal marriage age (20 years old for women and 22 years old for men) can enjoy marriage leave for 3 days; Those who meet the age of late marriage (female 23 years old, male 25 years old) can enjoy late marriage leave 15 days (including legal marriage leave of 3 days). Marriage leave includes public leave and legal leave. Remarried people can enjoy legal marriage leave, but they cannot enjoy late marriage leave.
2. Salary during the marriage leave: during the marriage leave, the salary will be paid as usual. Does not affect the calculation of seniority, promotion and level modulation.
3. If both men and women don't work in the same place when they get married, they can take personal leave according to the distance.
Article 6 Maternity leave
1. According to the family planning regulations, female employees are given 90 days (including prenatal 15 days) maternity leave, and 15 days may be added for dystocia. Multiple births increase by 15 days, and maternity leave is increased by 30 days if it meets the age of late childbearing.
2. A married woman who is over 24 years old or who is pregnant and gives birth to her first child after late marriage belongs to late childbearing. Maternity leave for giving birth and receiving the one-child certificate is extended to 135 days to 180 days, which shall be specified by the unit according to the actual situation. )
3. Female employees who have miscarried within three months of pregnancy are given 20-30 days of pregnancy leave, 42 days of pregnancy leave for those who have miscarried for more than three months but less than seven months, and 90 days of maternity leave for those who have miscarried for more than seven months.
4. Female employees need a hospital certificate before taking a vacation, and they can take a vacation only after being approved by the competent leader and reported to the administrative department for the record.
5. Maternity leave for male employees is 3 days. If the wife gives birth late (24 years old when giving birth), it will be extended by 7 days, accounting for paid leave 10 day.
6. Female employees are entitled to 90 days paid maternity leave, counting from the day they apply for rest. Wages are paid according to the basic salary, excluding corresponding subsidies and bonuses.
Article 7 bereavement leave
1. employees' immediate family members (grandparents, parents, in-laws, parents-in-law, husband and wife and children over one year old) die, and employees' parents or spouses die, so they can take 3 days off; Employees' children, grandparents, parents-in-law and in-laws who live together can take two days off when they die. If parents, spouses or children die in other places, and employees need to go to other places to take care of the funeral, they can be given another family leave according to the distance. Employees applying for funeral leave should write an application before taking leave, which should be signed by the competent leader and reported to the administrative department for the record.
2. The salary during the funeral leave shall be paid in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.
Article 8 Absence from work
1. Absence from work without the approval of the company's competent leader, or failure to ask for leave at the specified time, or violation of sick leave, personal leave regulations, or other relevant regulations in the company system. , are regarded as absenteeism.
2. One day of absenteeism (including accumulation) will be deducted three times of the total wages of that day; Absenteeism for two days (including cumulative), 6 times of the total wages of that day; If you are absent from work for three days (including cumulative), you will only be paid the minimum living standard salary in Beijing that month; Absence from work for more than three days (including accumulation) will be handled at the discretion of the company.
Article 9 Be late and leave early
1. Working hours: According to the provisions of the Labor Law, combined with the company's operating characteristics and special requirements of the post, each person has four days off every month, and every day must be arranged reasonably (the rest can be adjusted under special circumstances).
2. Working hours
09:30- 13:00 in the morning and 16:00-2 1:00 in the afternoon. Everyone can be late three times a month within 10 minutes.

Pay 1 yuan/minute to the public welfare fund within 60 minutes of being late or leaving early; If you arrive late or leave early for 60 minutes to 120 minutes, pay the 2 yuan/point of the public welfare fund; If it exceeds 120 minutes without special reasons, the public welfare fund shall be paid according to half a day's leave; Those who are late for more than 30 minutes for more than three consecutive times will be asked to take half a day off. (The public welfare fund, as the activity fund of the company, is counted and publicized by the administrative department on a monthly basis. )
4. If the circumstances are serious, informed criticism will be given to those who arrive late and leave early, performance pay will be deducted, and the labor contract will be terminated.

Article 10: Punch in.
1, the company implements the fingerprint punching system, and employees need to punch in once in the morning and once after work for normal work and overtime. If there are no conditions for punching in, a signature registration system shall be implemented according to the registration requirements, and the specific time of commuting shall be recorded and confirmed by autograph. During work, if you leave your job, you need to fill in the corresponding procedures. If you have the conditions to punch in, you should punch in at the same time.

If an employee fails to punch in at work or off work, fails to meet or go through relevant formalities, and there is no evidence to prove that he really goes to work and fails to sign attendance as required, he will be fined 10 yuan. For those that cannot be verified, the company will take time off.

If an employee can't punch in the company in time due to special work requirements, the reasons must be clearly stated in the work log, and the department head is responsible for counting the data of employees who didn't punch in the next working day and submitting it to the administration department.

Article 1 1 Overtime and compensatory time off
1. The company does not advocate overtime. Overtime is not counted if it is necessary for one's own reasons (including insufficient working ability and low working efficiency).
2. If the company arranges overtime due to extra workload, the administrative department will record the overtime hours. Monthly summary accounting, cash in the form of bonus or holiday (vacation). If you apply for leave, you must apply three days in advance in principle, and the competent leader will make overall arrangements according to the actual situation. After being approved by the leader, go through the relevant registration formalities in the administrative department. Wages shall not be deducted from the approved leave.
3. Employees who are arranged to work overtime by the company after 22: 00 in the evening can be delayed to 10 the next day, and they can take half a day off from work until the early hours of the morning (with the consent of the leaders in advance). However, they should take the initiative to explain the situation to the administrative department and register after arrival.
4. Employees who work overtime are allowed to take a taxi after the subway and bus stops, and the fare is reimbursed according to the facts.
Except for overtime arranged by the company, employees who work overtime on their own will not enjoy overtime leave, and their attendance on the next day will not be affected.
