1. I apply and fill in the examination and approval form for degree certificate application.
2. Publish a statement in the newspaper, publish a statement of loss in the local daily newspaper and provide the newspaper.
3. Bring personal application form, approval form, invoice for loss reporting and newspaper to the graduation department and archives room in turn for copying: student status summary, academic degree evaluation committee Gazette and degree application, and go through relevant formalities.
4. The Academic Affairs Office of the College receives the application form for the degree certificate, and the applicant goes to the Academic Affairs Office of the College to receive the application form for the degree certificate, fill in the relevant contents in the form, and prepare the materials as required.
5. After being signed and stamped by the academic degree office, the academic degree office will handle the certificate.
