Feng Jicai, born in Tianjin from 65438 to 0942, is a writer, painter and cultural scholar. His works have a wide range of themes and diverse genres, and nearly 100 kinds of works have been published, such as Whip of God, Three-inch Golden Lotus and Earthly Wonders.
