I. Mode of cooperation of Party A:

Two. Mode of cooperation of Party B
1. Party B is responsible for the safe operation during transportation and unloading. In the event of a safety accident, Party B shall bear the compensation and the aftermath.
2. Party B guarantees that the products provided must comply with the relevant national regulations on fireworks safety management, and the varieties are novel. Each box of products must have safety instructions, and tools for setting off fireworks are provided to ensure that the price of products sold to Party A is not higher than that of similar products from other manufacturers, otherwise Party A has the right to detain the payment for more than part.
3. Payment method: After discharge, Party A will pay Party B RMB 1 10,000 yuan in cash in one lump sum.

I. Rights and obligations of Party A

Two. Rights and obligations of Party B
