If the events written on the detention certificate are inconsistent with the facts, you can refuse to sign, but it will not affect the criminal detention.
Article 80 of the "Criminal Procedure Law" The public security organs may detain current criminals or major suspects in advance if they fall into any of the following circumstances:
(1) Preparing to commit a crime , commits a crime or is discovered immediately after committing a crime;
(2) The victim or someone who saw it with his own eyes identifies him as having committed a crime;
(3) Someone is found around him or in his residence Evidence of a crime;
(4) Attempting to commit suicide, escaping or being at large after committing a crime;
(5) Possibility of destroying, fabricating evidence or colluding with confessions;
(6) Those who do not tell their true names and addresses and whose identity is unknown;
(7) There are serious suspicions of committing crimes on the run, committing crimes multiple times, or committing crimes in groups.
