General provisions on the examination, employment and adjustment of court staff from civil servants

According to the work needs of the Hechuan District People's Court in Chongqing, it is decided to be open, equal, competitive and merit-based in accordance with the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Judges Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Interim Measures for the Open Selection of New Judges and Prosecutors (Z.Z.F. [2008] No.25) and the Interim Measures for the Employment of Staff of Chongqing People's Court and People's Procuratorate (Y.Z.F. [2008] No. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Plan

There are 3 reserve judges (including 2 males and 2 females 1 person), 4 assistant judges (including 3 males and 3 females 1 person) and secretary 1 person.

Second, the registration conditions

The staff who apply for the Hechuan District People's Court must meet the following conditions:

(1) Civil servants outside the court system within the administrative area of Chongqing Municipality (having the status of civil servants and having been registered as civil servants).

(2) Have a bachelor's degree or above recognized by the national education administrative department, and obtain a bachelor's degree or above.

Those who apply for the reserve position of judges must pass the national unified judicial examination to obtain certificates, those who apply for the assistant position of judges must be law majors, and those who apply for secretarial positions are limited to language and literature majors.

(3) Applicants with bachelor degree should be born after 1 August 979 1, and those with postgraduate degree should be born after1August 9771.

(4) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally, and complying with the provisions of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the General Standards for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (No.Y.F. [2007]113). According to the needs of the people's court, the height of men is above1.65m, and that of women is above1.55m..

(five) in the last three years, the annual assessment is competent and above (if the civil servant has worked for less than three years, the annual assessment of the civil servant within the working years after becoming a full member is competent and above).

(six) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the people's court staff to avoid.

One of the following circumstances, can not apply:

1. Party discipline and criminal punishment;

2 suspected of violating the law and discipline is being put on file for review;

3. Being administratively detained for violating the regulations on administrative penalties for public security;

4. The spouse, lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have a great influence on me are sentenced to death, are serving their sentences, are subject to criminal punishment, or engage in political activities in China at home and abroad;

5. Other circumstances that are not suitable for working in the people's court.

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Open registration

During the working hours from August 3, 2009 to September 4, 2009, the applicants logged into Chongqing Court Network (www.cqcourt.gov.cn) and Chongqing Leading Cadres Examination Network (www.cqleards.com) to download the registration form, fill in it as required, and register at the Political Department of Hechuan District People's Court in Chongqing. Each applicant can only fill in 1 position. The applicant shall truthfully and accurately fill in all the contents of the application information. You can also register online, send the registration form to hcfyzzc@sohu.com by email, and upload electronic photos (bareheaded registration photos, jpg format, below 20kb). Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination or employment.

On September 8, the registration was announced on Chongqing Court Network and Chongqing Leading Cadre Examination Network. In principle, the ratio between the number of examination plans and the number of applicants shall not be less than 1:2.

(2) Qualification examination

Applicants who come to the hospital for registration should hold the following documents for qualification examination:

1. Provide the Application Form signed by the work unit and myself;

2. Original and photocopy of ID card and work permit;

3 education, degree certificate, legal professional qualification certificate, procuratorial and other post documents and a copy of the original;

4. Civil servant registration form (copy with official seal);

5. Three recent two-inch bareheaded color photos.

6. Original and photocopy of relevant award-winning certificates.

Online applicants come to the hospital with the above documents for qualification examination the day before the written test.

Applicants who have passed the qualification examination pay an examination fee of 100 yuan and receive an admission ticket. The admission ticket is one of the necessary documents for applicants to participate in written examination, interview and physical examination.

On September 1 1 day from 9: 00 to 17: 30, applicants will take their ID cards to the political department of Hechuan District People's Court in Chongqing to get the admission ticket.

(3) written examination

Hechuan September 12, 9: 00 am-12: 00 am (the examination place and related requirements are subject to the admission ticket).

Written test subjects and scores of judges' reserve and judges' assistants: writing judgment documents and applying for evaluation, each score 100; Written secretarial subjects and scores: application and basic knowledge of law, each score 100. The written test does not specify the exam review book.

The written test results were published on September 19 on the Chongqing Court Leading Cadre Examination Network.

(4) Interview

According to the written test scores of applicants, from high score to low score, enter the interview at the ratio of 1:2. According to the above method, if the written test scores of the last person who enters the interview are tied, all the tied people will enter the interview. If the number of interviewees does not reach 1:2, it shall be determined according to the actual number.

The interview is organized in Hechuan City, and the specific time, place, candidates and related requirements will be notified separately when the written test results are announced. Interview score 100, 60 points or above is qualified.

After the interview, the total score (calculation formula: written test score ÷2×60%+ interview score ×40%), physical examination time, physical examination candidates and related requirements will be announced the day after the interview.

(5) Physical examination

Among those who have passed the interview, according to the number of employment plans 1: 1, the physical examination objects are determined according to the proportion of total scores from high to low. When the total score of the last person to enter the medical examination is tied, the list of medical examination personnel shall be determined according to the order from high to low in the application, basic knowledge of law or writing test of judgment documents.

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice on Printing and Distributing the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (No.Y.F. [2007]1KLOC-0/3) and other regulations, and shall be jointly organized and implemented by the Organization Department of Chongqing Hechuan District Committee and Chongqing Hechuan District People's Court.

If there are those who fail the physical examination, they will be selected from those who have passed the interview and will be replenished according to the total score from high to low.

(6) Evaluation

Those who pass the physical examination are listed as assessment objects. The assessment work shall be carried out in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Employment Assessment of the Staff of Chongqing Court System (No.78 [2007] of Chongqing Law). If the assessed object fails to pass the assessment, the replacement object shall be determined in turn according to the medical examination sorting list.

(7) Publicity

After examination, physical examination and assessment, the candidates to be hired were publicized by the Organization Department of Chongqing Hechuan District Committee and Chongqing Hechuan District People's Court for 7 days. The publicity contents include name, gender, nationality, date of birth, education, degree, major, work unit, legal professional qualification certificate number, etc. To prove that the applicant meets the application conditions and accepts social supervision.

If it is found that it is not suitable for employment or I give up after publicity, it will be replenished according to the method of determining the medical examination object (after passing the medical examination, it will be listed as a person to be hired for publicity).

(8) Employment

1. If the publicity does not affect the employment, the transfer formalities shall be handled according to the regulations.

2. Once hired, applicants must have worked in the People's Court of Hechuan District, Chongqing for 5 years (except for those who have been transferred with the approval of the organization due to work needs).
