in order to do a good job in the interview qualification examination of civil servants (Selected Graduates) employed in the 214 annual examination, according to the relevant requirements of "General Rules of Selected Graduates Employed in the 214 Examination in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region" and "Announcement of Civil Servants Employed in the 214 Examination in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region", the interview finalists are required to provide application materials for the interview qualification examination. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Determination of shortlisted candidates for the interview

According to the qualified score line defined by the competent department of civil servants in the autonomous region and the ratio of the number of planned employees to the interviewees of 1: 3, and according to the order from high score to low score of the total score of qualified written examination (including extra points for care), 62 candidates including Luo Yangquan are determined as shortlisted candidates for the interview (see the annex for the specific personnel list). If the number of people who pass the qualified score line for the recruitment position does not reach the required interview ratio, the organization will organize a written test qualified person to conduct an interview. If no one in the recruitment position passes the qualified score line, the employment plan of the position will be cancelled. When the last candidate in the proportion is tied for the total score of the written test, it is also determined to be the finalist for the interview.

If it is clearly difficult to provide the application certificate agreed by the employer, it can be provided during physical examination and inspection with the consent of the recruitment agency.

candidates applying for Selected Graduates also need to submit: personal appraisal form, report card and student ID card.

In addition, the short-listed interviewees who apply for the position of "Service Grass-roots Project" are required to provide the Certificate of Service Grass-roots Project issued by the competent department at or above the county level. The following materials shall be provided when the service period of the following "serving grassroots project personnel" expires:

① Those who participate in the project of "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage" shall provide the "Special Post Teacher Service Certificate" uniformly produced by the administrative department of education at the autonomous region level and supervised by the Ministry of Education;

② those who participate in the "three supports and one support" project should provide the "three supports and one support" service certificate for college graduates, which is uniformly produced by the autonomous region's "three supports and one support" work coordination management office and supervised by the national "three supports and one support" work coordination management office;

③ Those who participate in the project of "College Students' Volunteer Service in the West" should provide the service certificate and the appraisal form of the College Students' Volunteer Service in the West made by the Youth League Central Committee.

candidates who are not shortlisted do not need to provide materials.

III. Requirements for submission of materials

Where the application materials or information related to the qualification for the examination are false, which will affect the qualification examination results, the competent department of civil servants in our city will cancel its qualification for the interview. Anyone who falsifies academic credentials and relevant documents to cheat the examination qualification shall be disqualified from this examination by the competent department of civil servants of the autonomous region and shall not apply for civil servants within 5 years.

in case of failing to pass the interview qualification examination or voluntarily giving up the interview, the interviewers will be replaced in the order from high score to low score according to the total score of passing the written test, and the qualification examination of the replacement candidates is the same as above.

those who fail to submit the qualification examination materials within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the interview qualification.
