Article 8 of the "Basic Standards for Writing Medical Records" does not mention that a doctor's signature can be replaced by a seal, and if the hospital does not have a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, it must not be sealed.

It is strongly recommended that doctors sign and confirm prescriptions and medical documents instead of stamping them, so as to avoid illegal activities.
