2. Open the system settings of outlook.
3. Select the signature, and then click the plus sign in the lower left corner to add a new project.

Select an item on the left, and then enter the signature on the right. You can also set colors, font sizes, hyperlinks, and so on.
5. Then select Default in the lower right corner.
Sign.
6. Select the designed signature item on the right, and select the newly created one here: email signature.
, click OK.
After setting, you can now automatically get signature information when sending or replying to e-mail.
