1. Login to Zhicube will only be a campus health declaration applet. Enter the student health declaration-click View Declaration Record to query the declaration record.

2. Click the new declaration button at the bottom, fill in the basic information and recent situation according to the actual situation, and then click Submit to complete today's health declaration.

3. If you want to print, you can click the Export Health Card button at the bottom of the back-to-school card page; Pop-up menu, select copy link, paste the link in the browser address bar and open the download health card, or print directly in the browser interface.
