Persons of foreign nationality or statelessness among Hongkong permanent residents who have been approved to resume or join China nationality. 2. For the application procedure, I must personally go to the office and submit the original Hong Kong identity certificate with Chinese name (no more than six Chinese characters) and other relevant materials (two photocopies of the certificate must be collected when accepting the application, which must be photocopied on A4 paper), submit the Application Form that I have completely filled in and signed, and submit a recent bareheaded color photo taken by the applicant in the past six months. (1) First application (1) Hong Kong permanent resident who was born in Hong Kong and has China nationality. (2) Former mainland residents who have been approved by the mainland to settle in Hong Kong and become Hong Kong residents. Those who come to settle in Hong Kong with the One-way Permit to Hong Kong and Macao (commonly known as the One-way Permit) can be accepted immediately. When applying, Hong Kong identity documents, One-way Permit and Visa Identity Document must be submitted for examination (in which the information page of Hong Kong identity card and One-way Permit must be photocopied on one sheet). For former mainland residents who emigrated to Hong Kong through other channels to become permanent residents of Hong Kong, such applications can only be processed after sending a letter to the issuing authority for examination and approval. When sending the letter, they must submit the identity documents of Hong Kong permanent residents, the documents of first arrival in Hong Kong (if they arrive in Hong Kong with a foreign passport, they must also submit a valid HKSAR passport or other documents of China nationality), the travel documents they held when they obtained the status of permanent residents of Hong Kong (with the label of "the conditions of stay previously stipulated are now revoked" issued by the Immigration Department) and the specifications issued by the mainland public security organs. (3) China citizens among Hong Kong permanent residents born in other parts of China. Those who come to Hong Kong to settle down and become permanent residents with a certificate issued by China must submit their Hong Kong permanent identity card, proof of their original place of residence, travel documents for the first time to settle in Hong Kong and travel documents they held when they obtained the status of permanent residents in Hong Kong (with the label of "previously stipulated conditions of stay are now revoked" issued by the Immigration Department); If these people come to Hong Kong with foreign passports to settle down and become permanent residents of Hong Kong, they must also submit a valid HKSAR passport or a certificate of restoration (naturalization) of China nationality. This kind of application will be accepted immediately or sent to the issuing authority for approval as appropriate (the information page of Hong Kong identity card and HKSAR passport must be photocopied on one piece of paper). (4) China citizens who are foreign-born Hong Kong permanent residents. Settlers who come to Hong Kong with China passports are required to submit their Hong Kong permanent identity cards, first-time arrival documents and current valid travel documents; Settlers who come to Hong Kong with foreign passports are required to submit their Hong Kong permanent identity card or re-entry permit, a valid HKSAR passport or a certificate of restoration (naturalization) of China nationality and a certificate of first arrival in Hong Kong. (5) Foreigners or stateless persons among Hong Kong permanent residents who have been approved to resume or join China nationality. Submit Hong Kong permanent identity card, HKSAR passport and certificate of joining or restoring China nationality. (2) Holders of a new Home Visit Permit or Home Visit Card must go through the formalities of renewing the Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to and from the Mainland with the old permit (including the expiration of the original permit). I must submit my old certificate and Hong Kong identity card when applying (Hong Kong birth certificate is required for those under the age of 11 who have no identity card); If you are not born in Hong Kong under the age of 11 and do not have a Hong Kong identity card, you should submit a re-entry permit or visa identity document). For those who go through the formalities of changing their names or dates of birth, the relevant supporting documents shall be provided according to the procedures of getting a new card. After completing the formalities, the certificate will be returned to the applicant and can still be used within the validity period. Applicants under the age of 18 must also submit guardian information in accordance with point 2 of the Notes. 5) Applying for the Entry-Exit Pass (Lintong) and the Entry-Exit Pass (commonly known as "Lintong") is a supplementary travel document to the Home Visit Permit (card) for temporary use by Hong Kong residents in need. "Lintong" is usually valid for entry and exit once every three months, and its application conditions are the same as those of a home visit permit (card). When applying for a permit, you must submit relevant supporting documents, fill out an Application Form for Entry and Exit Pass, and hand in two two-inch recent photos. Applicants under the age of 18 must also submit the guardian information in accordance with point 2 of the Notes. III. Fees and Time for Obtaining Evidence The Pass for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to and from the Mainland is divided into two types: a 1-year adult card and a 3-year child card. Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above apply for 1-year certificates, and those under 18 apply for 3-year certificates. The working days referred to in the normal application period do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Hong Kong. 1. For the first time to apply for or renew a 1-year or 3-year Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to and from the Mainland, the fees are HK$ 39 or HK$ 26 respectively, and the evidence will be obtained after 12 working days, and the evidence will be obtained after 5 working days of the Express Pass, with an additional HK$ 2 respectively. 2. If the damage occurs, the 1-year or 3-year Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Travel to and from the Mainland will be renewed, and the fee will be HK$ 56 or HK$ 4 respectively, and the evidence will be obtained after 12 working days; Express card will be collected after 5 working days, and HK$ 2 will be charged separately. 3. Loss of a 1-year or 3-year Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to and from the Mainland will be charged at HK$ 56 or HK$ 4 respectively, and the evidence will be obtained after 12 working days. 4. Apply for an Entry-Exit Pass that is valid once every three months. The fee is HK$ 7, and the evidence will be obtained after 1 working days; The express card will be collected after 5 working days, and an additional HK$ 2 will be charged. 4. Obtaining documents 1. When obtaining a new certificate, you must return the old certificate to cancel it. After completing the application procedures, the applicant should bring the same receipt card, old card and ID card to the original application store to collect the documents at the specified time; If you take evidence on behalf of others, you must show the applicant's receipt card, photo-bearing identification document (or photocopy) and the ID card of the witness, and submit a photocopy of the above-mentioned evidence-taking materials (the above-mentioned materials must be combined and photocopied with a piece of A4 paper). 2. If the replacement card fails to return the original card (including the expiration of the card) for cancellation, it must go through the procedures for replacement of the lost card, with a charge of HK$ 1, and the evidence can only be obtained after 12 working days. 3. Please collect evidence on time. If you don't collect evidence after 6 months, the certificate will be withdrawn and cancelled by the issuing authority, and the fees paid will not be refunded. At that time, you must re-apply for the certificate according to the original procedures. V. Precautions 1. You must apply for a certificate in person. If the Home Visit Permit (card) is damaged or lost, it shall be replaced by a damaged one or a lost one. 2. Applicants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by one of their parents or other legal guardians to submit their applications in person and sign the application form. In addition to the relevant application materials, you must also submit the birth certificate or the student handbook stamped with the school seal and other relationship certificates (parents' names must be listed) and the original identity documents of your parents; If the parent can't come, the parent's power of attorney (original), the relationship certificate, the original parent's identity document (such as SAR passport or home visit permit) and the client's identity document (submit two copies of the above-mentioned application materials) must be presented. 3. The applicant must fill in the Application Form truthfully and completely. In case of false information, re-claiming or taking the initiative, the applicant shall bear legal responsibility, and the fees charged will not be refunded. 4. Applicants are required to submit photocopies of the documents of the permit application materials in duplicate. The photocopies shall be made of A4 paper and shall be true copies of the original documents, and there shall be no cover on the photocopies (please submit photocopies of pages 2, 3 and 4 for the replacement of the home visit permit, in which the information pages of the Hong Kong identity card and the original Home Visit Permit (card) shall be photocopied with one paper). 5. The photos should be in full compliance with the regulations, otherwise, the time for obtaining evidence may be delayed due to the photos. 6. Hong Kong China Travel Service is an entrusted agency, and the relevant accreditation regulations and charging standards shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the issuing authority.
