1. The license plate of the electric motorcycle is yellow. Different electric vehicles have different license plates:

(1) blue license plate of light electric motorcycle;

(2) The license plate of electric vehicles meeting the new national standard is green;

(3) Temporary transition of white license plates for electric vehicles;

(4) The license plate of electric motorcycle is yellow.

2. Legal basis: Article 8 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License.

The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall establish a motor vehicle driver's license business supervision system and strengthen the supervision and management of driver's examination, driver's license issuance and use.

Article 9

When handling motor vehicle driver's license business, the vehicle management office can identify and use electronic signatures, electronic seals and electronic licenses in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 11

Motor vehicle drivers are allowed to drive in the following order: large buses, heavy tractor trailers, city buses, medium buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, small automatic disabled buses, light tractor trailers, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, wheeled special mechanical vehicles, trolleybuses and trams (Annex 1).

2. What information does the license plate of electric motorcycle need?

The electric motorcycle number plate needs the following information:

1. The original and photocopy of the resident ID card or temporary resident ID card shall be submitted when the personal electric vehicle is licensed;

2 units, institutions, electric vehicles on the license, submit the original and photocopy of the organization code certificate, the original and photocopy of the ID card of the agent;

3. Original and photocopy of the certificate of origin and certificate of conformity of electric bicycle.
