You can't. There must be a handover list for handover work, and there must be three people, one handover person, one receiver and one supervisor. Generally, the list is printed in three copies, all of which need to be signed, and each person keeps one copy. If there is no third party signature, the handover is unclear and there are no witnesses. If something goes wrong, the responsibility is unclear and the responsibility cannot be pursued.
