Do it with AE, choose vector drawing for special effects, and use photoshop for animation if you can't use AE.

1. First, create a new text, which is your signature.

2. Copy more text layers.

3. Then erase one or several strokes from each layer, and of course keep the complete signature.

4. Select animation in the window and animation (frame) in the pop-up panel, that is, frame-by-frame animation.

5. Then a picture will appear, showing the top floor. Copy the selected frame, which is the button to the left of the garbage button below.

6. Then a picture will be added, just like the previous picture. Because all the pictures in the frame-by-frame animation show the top layer, close the eyes in front of the top layer in the layer panel and the layer below will be displayed.

7. Close the eyes in front of each layer one by one according to the stroke order, and then adjust the change time under each small picture in the animation panel.
