3. Fill in the cash withdrawal amount.
Note: The RMB amount needs to be written in uppercase and lowercase letters.
For uppercase numbers, please refer to the table below. For lowercase numbers, please add a "?" symbol before the first digit of the number.
Four. Fill in the purpose.
Remarks: The purpose is usually filled in as "preparatory fund" or "travel expenses".
5. Fill in the ticket stub.
Note: The ticket issuance date and amount on the ticket stub can be filled in with lowercase numbers.
After filling in the ticket stub, it should be cut off with the dotted line and kept.
Remarks: If it is used for individuals to withdraw cash from the bank, the recipient can sign in the additional information section.
Sixth, stamp the bank’s reserved seal.
Requirements: The stamp cannot be blurred or the corners missing, otherwise the check will be invalid.
The reserved seal is usually a combination of corporate seal + financial seal.
Seven, fill in the password.
In the payment cipher, select the drawer account number, enter the check number, date, and amount to generate a set of passwords and copy them into the password area. (The check number is in the upper right corner)
8. Stamp the bank’s reserved seal on the reverse side of the check and fill in the ID card of the person receiving the check.
Note: In addition to filling in the ID card, generally banks will also require the recipient to sign in the blank space for confirmation.
9. The recipient brings his ID card to the bank and withdraws cash with his ID card and check.
