(3) Having specific requests, facts and reasons;

(4) It falls within the scope of civil litigation accepted by the people's court and is under the jurisdiction of the sued people's court.

As for the writing method of the indictment, it can be printed if conditions permit. If it is not printed by hand, as long as the signature is signed by the prosecutor, it can constitute a statement of intention to file a lawsuit.

If the court forces printing, there is actually no basis.
