1. Complete the "Temporary Resident Visit Visa Application Form" (IMM5257). Each applicant and each accompanying child must complete and sign their respective application forms. 1. Chinese citizens visiting Canada for a short period of time can apply for a long-term multiple-entry visa with a validity period of up to 10 years or equivalent to the validity period of the passport. They can enter Canada multiple times during the validity period of the visa. The length of stay in Canada is determined by the Canadian immigration officer when entering the country.
2. Super visa launched for parents and grandparents applicants: allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to stay in Canada for up to 24 months at a time without updating their status during this period.
