Fourteen years ago, Li Chengyang was framed and left the police force. According to procedures, four leaders needed to sign and approve. He Yun was the director of the Shimen Branch of the Luteng City Public Security Bureau at the time. She was considered Li Chengyang's direct supervisor, so she was the first to sign. The last one was Wang Zheng, who was the deputy secretary of the Luteng Municipal Party Committee at the time.

There are two others in the middle: Li Shang and Wan Sheng. Li Chengyang is a police officer in the Municipal Public Security Bureau, so he will definitely sign his resignation as the director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau. Therefore, either Li Shang is the director or Wan Sheng. He Yun and Wang Zheng who signed were both taken away, but Li Shang and Wan Sheng did not reveal the result at the end of the play.
