Even if you fail the physical examination, you can take the college entrance examination, but you can't take the school entrance examination. This is actually the same reason that you can't take the college entrance examination. If the college entrance examination fails, the relevant schools can not accept it, or they can only wait until they are well. There is also a case of being retired, which is retired every year because of unqualified medical examination.
