As the most popular student in Class B for two years, and also the leader of the class, Tonggu Xiuji (played by Kamenashi Kazuya) has an unknown quirk-he must touch the willow tree by the river every day before going to school to start his daily study with peace of mind.

Xiuer has a classmate Akira Kusano (Yamashita Tomohisa) who calls Xiuer "the best friend" without authorization. Akira is an indecisive and frivolous person. Although Xiuer doesn't like Akira on the surface, he actually cares about Akira.

One morning, the willow tree that Xiuer touches every day was cut down. Depressed, he returns to school, and a girl named Nobuko Kotani (Maki horikita) turns to the class. This girl is just the opposite of Xiuer. She is introverted, quiet, always expressionless, and likes to talk and walk with her head down. The classmates don't like her. Students all think that he is the boss of a bad gang, that she always brings disasters to people around her, and that she is an ominous person, so she always finds fault with her and bullies her.

Xiu Er, who couldn't get over it, decided to help Xinzi and transform her into the most popular person in the school. The three of them set up a "wild boar transformation" group.

One day, Nobuko's school uniform tie was broken, and Xiuer helped her mend it. As a result, a little pig was sewed on it. When Akira saw it, Akira suggested calling Nobuko a nickname "Wild boar", hence the name of the wild boar.

Episode II

Recently, there is a legend about midnight evil spirits: a woman with long hair always appears in the middle of the night with a doll in her hand, and that is midnight evil spirits.

This legend is also circulating in the class of Xiuer, and the students even accuse the "wild boar" Shinko of being a midnight evil spirit. Akira found that Nobuko always likes to hold a small Japanese doll by chance, so he told Xiuji to understand why Nobuko is a midnight evil spirit.

Xiuer made a list of matters needing attention in the plan to transform wild boar, and Xinzi must follow these matters and obey them unconditionally. Xiuer asked Nobuko to cut off her weedy hair, but Nobuko told Xiuer and Akira that she had no friends since she was a child, and that this Japanese doll was her only friend, and her hairstyle could not be changed, because it must be the same as that of the doll on her hand. So Xiuer took the doll and cut it with a beautiful hairstyle, and asked Xinzi to cut it with the same hairstyle. Xinzi didn't agree anyway, and asked Xiuer not to agree unless he was willing to wear a very fancy dress. In a fit of pique, Xiu Er clamoured to give up the wild boar reconstruction plan.

Some girls in the class took advantage of the time when everyone in physical education class was wearing sportswear, and wrote the word "ugly girl" on the back of Xinzi's school uniform with highlighter. Koji, who secretly came to the Cultural Festival, asked Xiuji to take himself into the haunted house. Finally, the words written by Xinzi in front of rare people made Xiuji deeply feel.

Episode IV

There is a legend in the school. Every year, on November 4th of "114" (which is the same as the Japanese pronunciation), you can be together forever, but only one person can confess every year, and it is on a stage in front of the teachers and students of the whole school that the confessed person decides whether to accept or reject it. If you accept it, flowers will be scattered on the person's head, and if you refuse, the confessed person will be killed. Akira prepared an identical notebook for each member of the wild boar transformation team.

November 1st is Xiuer's birthday, but Xiuer, who is withdrawn by nature, hates being given gifts by others. Even his girlfriend Mariko (played by Toda Erika) asks about it and refuses to tell her birthday. As a result, on the rooftop, I was bullied and finally told my birthday, which turned out to be the same day. Nobuko put Xiuer's diary on the notebook, and accidentally fell to the ground and was seen by Mariko. Mariko was upset about this and asked Xiuer to ask him. Xiuer deceived Mariko and said that the notebook was his own, so he muddled through.

Mariko made a birthday cake for Xiuer. Xiuer pretended to like it, took it to the rooftop and threw it to Nobuko and Akira, saying that the cake was what he hated most. Nobuko was very angry, so Akira showed Xiuji the special gift that he and Nobuko prepared for Xiuji, and Xiuji was very moved. But that night, the girl who had been secretly cheating appeared again and tampered with the gift. The next day, the whole school saw a group of girls who bullied Nobuko, headed by Sakamoto (Fumiko Mizuta), so they designed Nobuko to confess her love to Xiuer at "114", which caused a sensation in the whole school and made Mariko feel very uneasy.

On the day of confession, Nobuko, who was standing on the stage, asked to replace Xiuer with Sakamoto, and asked her, "People can change, right?" As a result, flowers were sown.

After the end, the three people accidentally changed each other's notebooks, and Akira found out that she actually liked Nobuko, while Nobuko knew that Xiuer had decided long ago that even if he was no longer popular, he would throw flowers at Nobuko.

Xinzi receives a love letter from Makoto Ueki (Ryuya Wakaba), a boy in the same class. Xiuer also finds that Xinzi's unwelcome knot is that she has never been in love, so she discusses with Mariko to prepare a private double date, which makes Zhang very dissatisfied.

On the date, Mariko deliberately pretended to be a bad girl who can't cook and bossed her boyfriend around, taking the letter as true, and cherishing the shy and introverted letter even more.

After Xiuji and Mariko left first, Uemu took Nobuko to the aquarium for a date. When she met an old man who was drunk and sketched in the aquarium, she suddenly went into shock. Nobuko ran to the first aid despite the dirty foam in the old man's mouth, and wiped the vomit off the old man's face with her hand. Nobuko asked Uemu to bring her bag. When she touched her hand, Uemu could not help but shout "It's so dirty", which made Nobuko very disappointed with her.
