Bank cards cannot be bound to Amazon without cvv code.
CVV2 is a three-digit number printed at the end of the signature column on the back of the card. Generally, the CVV2 code is checked during off-site transaction/manual transaction (card swiping is not allowed). If the wrong CVV2 code is entered three times in a row on the same day, it will be locked and automatically unlocked at the end of the day. This verification code can only be viewed through your own card.
