Solution after video installation error:

1. My Computer-right-click-Properties-Hardware-Driver-Driver Signature-What action do you take-Select the first item (Ignore the installation software and do not ask for my opinion), so that the windows micro-label test prompt will not appear when installing the driver in the future.

2. My Computer-right-click-Properties-Hardware-Device Manager-Sound Game and Video Controller-Traditional Video Capture Device-Scan for hardware changes-Follow the prompts until the installation is successful.

Note: There is another situation where there is a damaged driver in the sound game & video controller, so don’t worry about downloading it! )

3. Open My Computer-Scanner and Camera. Now see if the image comes out. Or go to the chat window in QQ-Video-Settings-the video component is started successfully. congratulations! No need to look down.

4. If it hasn’t come out yet, check the hardware! Check if the camera light is on and change the USB port. If not. sorry! 90% of the time there is something wrong with the camera.

Method/Steps

To return to desktop mode, first right-click this computer and select Properties. We take the win10 system as an example. The operation is the same in win7, as shown in the figure below

After entering the properties interface, click Device Manager, as shown below

Find the webcam or camera option in the device manager, as shown in the picture below

Right-click the camera option and click Properties to enter, as shown in the picture below

Enter the properties interface, click the driver tab, and then select Uninstall Device, as shown below

After the uninstallation is completed, click the v operation in the upper menu - -Scan for hardware changes, as shown in the picture below
