Production technology of PVC card signature strip

Equipment required: a manual bronzing machine.

Consumables required: special signature strip for hot stamping.

Production method:

1. Make a zinc plate first, and make the zinc plate or copper plate into the required signature strip shape.

2. Then stick the zinc plate on the hot stamping plate and glue it with common chemicals.

3. Install the signature strip on the bronzing machine, adjust the problem of the bronzing machine to 120- 130 degrees, and hot stamping can be done when the position is right.

The cost of this method is much lower than that of screen printing, and the cost of general special white signature ink for screen printing is 150- 180 yuan/kg.

The price of this hot stamping signature strip per roll is 460 yuan, with a length of 120m and a width of 8cm. If a signature strip is 9cm long and 0.8CM wide (the standard is 0.6cm wide and 3-4cm long), the maximum cost of each signature strip is 0.007 yuan.
