What information does PICC need for auto insurance claim? (1) One (two) power of attorney for claim. Note: These two power of attorney were given to the customer by the claim adjuster after the customer completed the loss determination. Please submit all the materials required for the claim according to the contents of the claim notice notified by PICC in writing. PICC will timely review and confirm the authenticity and completeness of the claim materials you submitted. If the claim materials are incomplete, PICC will inform you to supplement the relevant materials in time. If there is any doubt about the authenticity of the application materials, PICC will investigate and verify them in time. 6. In the case that the claim materials submitted by you are true and complete, PICC will accurately calculate the insurance claims and conduct internal audit of claims according to the insurance contract and relevant laws and regulations, and reach a final claim agreement with you. 7.PICC will pay you compensation according to the payment method and insurance contract agreed with you. 8. If an insured accident is caused by damage to the subject matter insured by a third party, please sign the transfer of rights and interests after PICC pays you compensation according to the insurance contract and relevant laws and regulations and assists PICC to recover from the third party.
