Step 2: Name declaration
First, enter the user name and password, click the name registration module, and select "enterprise name declaration".

Step 3: Apply for registration.
First, click Enterprise Registration: Choose modules independently according to the application type of the enterprise. If it is newly registered, please select the establishment registration and fill in the name and announcement number of the enterprise that has passed the pre-examination.
Secondly, the system automatically pops up "full-process online registration" and "semi-process online registration" declaration modes. Select one to enter the declaration interface. To apply for change, filing or cancellation of registration, please fill in the unified social credit code, the system will automatically pop up the enterprise name, and then enter the ID number of the legal representative.
Third, after the verification is passed, the system will automatically pop up the "full-process online registration" and "semi-process online registration" declaration modes. Select one to enter the declaration interface. No matter which registration type and link you choose, after filling in the form as required, the system will generate the application form, resolutions of shareholders' meeting, articles of association and other documents with one click, and you can view and compare them online through PDF.

Thirdly, after the authentication is completed, click the electronic signature, browse the application materials that need to be signed, scan the QR code, and complete the online handwritten signature.
Electronic signature only needs to be signed once, and multiple regional signatures of the whole set of materials can be completed at one time. No time and geographical restrictions, easy to complete the signature anytime, anywhere. After the electronic signature is completed, the system will automatically push the application materials to the corresponding registration authority. The next step is to wait for the message.
