1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu, and then select the General tab in the Internet. Click the Settings button in the Temporary Internet Files box, select the check every time you visit this page in the Settings window, and then click the OK button.

2. Select Internet Options in the Tools menu, and then select the Security tab in the Internet. Select Internet to set a Custom Level for it. In the security settings, set ActiveX controls and plug-ins to:

ActiveX control auto-prompt: enabled.

Execute scripts for ActiveX controls marked as safe to execute scripts: Enable.

Initialize and script ActiveX controls that are not marked as safe: disable.

Binary and scripting behavior: enabling

Download unsigned ActiveX controls: disable

Download signed ActiveX controls: tips

Running ActiveX controls and plug-ins: enabling

Click the OK button.

If it is still the same, you can check whether antivirus software and firewall, such as coffee, are installed. You can disable it and try it first.
