The items of site inspection are usually animal plant quarantine, commodity inspection, health quarantine, etc., which is the so-called three inspections (also called animal health inspection). And issue an entry clearance form, which will be used for customs declaration.

commodity inspection procedures for export by general trade: (preparatory work)

1. Manually fill out the Inspection Form for Outbound Goods and affix the official seal of the company.

2. Prepare an Inspection and Quarantine Work Flow Registration Form issued by the Commodity Inspection Bureau

3. If the exported goods are entrusted to a foreign trade company or other agents, a power of attorney for inspection shall be drafted, which shall be signed and sealed by the company.

4. the company shall prepare the packing list, invoice and product test report of the exported product internally, and the sales contract and the export contract signed with foreign customers if it entrusts a foreign trade company to sign the contract.

5. Fill in the Quality Inspection Report issued by the Commodity Inspection Bureau by hand, with the signature of the relevant responsible person and the company seal.

6. If the product has external packaging (usually cardboard boxes), it is necessary to provide the Inspection Results Sheet for the Transport Packaging Performance of Outbound Goods

Operating procedures: (The company's inspector shall go through the following procedures at the Commodity Inspection Bureau)

1. Print the Inspection Sheet for Outbound Goods at the electronic billing office of the Commodity Inspection Bureau and pay the handling fee. Check it carefully with the original hand-written Inspection Form for Outbound Goods, and ask the invoice maker to correct it immediately if there are any errors.

2. bind the computer-printed Inspection Form for Outbound Goods and other documents into a complete set, and submit it to the inspection application team for computer application procedures.

3. hand over the complete set of documents to the person in charge of the electromechanical group for signature, and appoint a time, and the commodity inspection bureau will send personnel to the factory for sampling inspection.

4. the commodity inspection bureau will arrive at the factory at the appointed time and conduct random inspection of the goods according to the above information provided by the company.

5. After passing the sampling inspection, the staff of the Commodity Inspection Bureau will print a Certificate for Replacement of Outbound Goods and sign it.

6. The inspector of the company submits the Certificate of Replacement of Outbound Goods to the Chief's Office for signature, and then submits it together with other documents to the application inspection team for computer account.

7. The company inspector will submit the whole set of documents to the billing group for billing, and submit the billing sheet issued to the billing group for payment.

8. The charging group will submit the whole set of documents to the visa group, and the visa group will issue a Certificate for Replacement of Outbound Goods to the inspector after confirming ignorance, and take back all the documents for the record.

9. the inspection procedures are finished.

Difference

Any import and export goods must be inspected. But it is not necessarily a legal inspection.

this is very important, and it is also the reason why many people confuse the concepts of commodity inspection and legal inspection.

physical inspection (statutory inspection) is required only for goods that meet the following conditions

1. Goods required to be inspected as specified in the catalogue

2. Goods from the United States, Japan, South Korea and the European Union

3. Goods with specific tax exemption certificates

4. Other goods requiring legal inspection.
