Admission Rules

Applying for a borrowing card

(1) Apply for a borrowing card according to the following procedures:

(3) Anyone who tears pages or cuts pages from literature materials, resulting in incomplete literature materials, will be fined three times the original price of the literature materials, and the literature materials will still belong to the library.

(4) Anyone who defaces literature and materials by erasing, underlining, writing, or other means shall, in addition to being criticized and educated, be fined not less than RMB 1 yuan up to the original price of the book, depending on the severity of the case. Documentation remains the property of the library.

(5) Those who report or expose the disciplinary violations mentioned in items (2), (3), and (4) above may be awarded 50% of the disciplinary fine.

(6) Lost documents and materials must be compensated with documents and materials of the same version or subsequent versions. If compensation cannot be made, the following methods will be used:

(4) If a complete set of multiple volumes (volumes) or a certain volume (volume, issue) of a serial publication is lost, compensation will be three to five times the average unit price of the complete set.

(5) If the documents and materials that have been compensated (fine) are lost and recovered within three months, the original compensation or fine receipt can be used to handle the return and refund procedures. After three months, no refund will be processed.

5. Handling the procedures for leaving school

If readers leave the school due to further studies, graduation or other circumstances, they must go to the library to go through the procedures for leaving school. The procedures for leaving school are as follows:

(1) Return all books and periodicals in the library.
