(2) Select "My" and "E-Cert" and click "All";

(3) Enter the electronic license page and click "Add License";

(4) Enter the license list and add the required licenses "by category" or "by department";

(5) After adding the license, return to "My License" and select the corresponding license to apply;

(6) Take the resident ID card as an example. After selecting "Resident Identity Card", enter the identity verification page and enter according to the prompts. Click "Finish" to enter the face recognition page (note: the "bright card password" is 6 digits);

(7) After the face recognition is completed, return to the license list and select the certified resident ID card; Click the QR code in the figure and enter the 6-digit "bright card password" to realize "bright card";

(9) How to modify the "bright license password", update the license information and check the license usage record?

Select a license, enter the electronic license page, and click "My"; Select Modify Password, Update License and View Usage Record, and then follow the prompts.

When an individual finds that his "bright license" information is inconsistent with the entity license information, please update the license in time.

3. Is the e-cert secure?

The electronic certificate is issued by the public security department. Residents apply for an electronic certificate from their mobile phones after personal identity authentication through the "Tianfu Tongban" mobile terminal. Electronic certificate has a unique electronic signature, which can ensure its authenticity and traceability in government services.

Don't worry about information leakage. The e-cert is bound to the mobile phone hardware, so others can't forge the screenshot (the screenshot doesn't have a 300-second countdown), which effectively guarantees the information security of the applicant.

You don't have to worry about e-cert being fraudulently used when your mobile phone is dropped. You need to log in every time you use Tianfu Tongban's mobile terminal, and the electronic certificate adopts "one test at a time", so you need to enter the "bright card password" every time you "light the card", so the possibility of being fraudulently used is extremely low.
