What materials should I submit to apply for notarization of personal power of attorney?
(1) If the applicant is a domestic citizen, he/she shall submit his/her ID card and household registration book; The applicant is from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and should provide an ID card and a home visit permit; If the applicant is a foreigner, a passport is required;
(2) Submitting information about authorized matters;
(3) Submit the power of attorney that needs notarization (the notary office can also prepare the power of attorney on its behalf);
(4) Submit the identity certificate of the trustee;
(5) Submit other materials that the notary thinks should be provided.
Precautions:
(a) to handle the notarization of personal power of attorney, the applicant shall apply to the notary office in person, and shall not entrust others to act as agents.
(2) The power of attorney shall specify the names of the applicant and the trustee, the matters to be entrusted, the authority, the date of agency, the term of validity and the authority to entrust.
(3) The power of attorney shall be signed and sealed by the applicant in front of the notary.
Legal basis: Article 25 of the Notary Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). If a natural person, legal person or other organization applies for notarization, it may submit it to the notary office of its domicile, habitual residence, place of behavior or place where the fact occurred.
The application for notarization of real estate shall be submitted to the notary office where the real estate is located; Notarization involving entrustment, declaration, gift and will of real estate may be governed by the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
