All students' leave must be based on the official leave slip printed by the Political and Educational Affairs Office, and other irregular leave slips are invalid. Students who ask for leave must report to the class teacher, otherwise they will be treated as absenteeism.
3. Students must first fill out a leave slip, which should include the following contents: the reason for leave, the time of leave, the home contact number and address of the school leaver.

5. Emergency leave, before leaving school, students themselves must call the class teacher to ask for leave, and the class teacher will ask for leave on their behalf.

Students who are unable to attend classes or participate in activities at school after the expiration of the leave period must go through the formalities of renewing their leave before the end of the originally approved leave period, otherwise they will be treated as absenteeism. In case of a long school holiday, students can't arrive at school on time for some reason, and those who don't renew their holidays or return to school on time will be given disciplinary sanctions according to the seriousness of the case.
7. Students who have not gone through the formalities of asking for leave or left school without authorization or did not participate in study, labor and activities. Will be treated as absenteeism, aggravating the first level of treatment.
8. The attendance committee of each class is responsible for the attendance of students. Where students are late for class, leave early, ask for leave or are absent from class, the attendance committee of each class must carefully register and report the weekly registration to the class teacher. The head teacher should always check the attendance of the class, especially before and after the holiday.
9. The reasons for students' leave must be true. It is forbidden to practise fraud, lie or forge, and the leave time shall not be altered. Those who commit such acts shall be ordered to make a public review, and disciplinary action shall be taken if the circumstances are serious.
10, all students who take time off go to the class teacher to take time off after returning to school, and those who don't need time off are treated as absenteeism. If it is necessary to extend the holiday for special reasons, I will apply for an extension of the holiday and it will be valid only after approval by the Political and Educational Affairs Office.
