1.USB device itself.
2.USB interface problem.
3. Driving problems. Knowing that the computer "can't recognize USB devices" is caused by these three factors, we began to use the elimination method to solve the problem.
If you have been using USB devices before, this problem appears now, which means it is not a driver problem, so only the problem of 1 and 2 is left. Then try connecting the USB device to other computers, but it still doesn't work, or there is something wrong with the USB device itself. If it works, there is something wrong with the USB interface. The problem of USB interface can be solved from the following points:
(1) The front USB cable is not connected correctly. This kind of fault will occur when the USB cable on the motherboard is connected to the front USB interface on the chassis, which is also very dangerous and easy to cause USB equipment to burn out.
(2)USB interface voltage is insufficient. When the mobile hard disk is connected to the front USB port, the system may not recognize the device. The mobile hard disk requires strict voltage, and the front USB interface may not provide enough voltage. Solution: Replace the power supply of the chassis or plug it into the USB interface behind the chassis.
(3) System or BIOS problems. If it is a system problem, the best solution is to reinstall the system. If the BIOS problem enters the BIOS, select Enable usb device.
If a new USB device has the problem of "unable to recognize the USB device", it is generally because of the driver problem, because the new device is generally intact and the USB interface of the computer was good before, so the problem at this time is the driver. After the USB device is plugged in, it should be enough to update and install the driver by using the driver wizard or the driver life cycle scan.
Another situation is that there is no problem with the display driver of the USB device used before. USB can be plugged into other computers, and my computer's USB interface is normal. However, when a USB device is plugged into the USB interface of my computer, "Unrecognized USB device" will pop up. This situation is generally due to the abnormal power failure of USB devices, which leads to the wrong system settings. Right-click My Computer-Device Manager-Universal Serial Bus Controller to expand. Then plug the USB device back in and install the driver.
