2. Working in confined space should be approved.
3 Requirements for entering confined space for operation
3. 1 When working inside containers and equipment, safety ladders should be erected according to the depth of the equipment, and rescue ropes should be equipped to ensure emergency use.
3.2 Ventilation measures shall be taken for operations in containers and equipment according to specific operation conditions. For containers and equipment with poor ventilation and small capacity, the operator should take intermittent operation, and shall not force continuous operation.
3.3 The operation in containers and equipment shall be supervised by special personnel. The Safety and Environmental Protection Department shall assign special personnel to supervise key hazardous operations such as entering the gas holder, and also send personnel to the site for supervision.
3.4 Before entering containers and equipment, disconnect the pipes connected with them, add blind plates, cut off the power supply, and hang "No Opening" signs on the valves and electrical switches of the pipes to prevent others from opening them by mistake.
3.5 All manholes, handholes and all breathable manhole covers must be opened, and the removed manhole covers and other accessories should be properly placed to prevent falling and personal injury.
3.6 When entering toxic container equipment that cannot be thoroughly cleaned, maintenance personnel should wear corresponding labor protection articles and gas masks, and drag the breathing tube out of the kettle for ventilation. The guardian is not allowed to leave.
3.7 Maintenance personnel entering containers and equipment are forbidden to wear chemical fiber clothes and spikes.
3.8 Gas welding and gas cutting shall be carried out in containers and equipment. Before entering the container and equipment, the welder should try gas cutting, and can only enter the container and equipment after confirming that it is safe and normal. After the dynamic welding operation is completed, when the dynamic welder leaves, the acetylene torch shall not be placed in the tank to prevent acetylene leakage.
3.9 The application for operation permit in containers and equipment shall not exceed one day at a time. If the operation is interrupted for any reason or the safety conditions change, the Permit for Work in Confined Space shall be re-issued.
3. 10 After the completion of the operation, the maintenance personnel and monitoring personnel shall * * * jointly check the inside and outside of the tank, sign the acceptance column of the operation certificate after confirmation, and then the maintenance personnel can close all manholes.

4.2 Understand the possible dangers, and be alert and judge the abnormal behavior of the operators in time. Keep in touch and communicate with operators and observe the situation of operators.
4.3 If any abnormal situation is found, immediately send an evacuation alarm to the operators to help them escape from the confined space, and immediately call for emergency rescue.
4.4 Master the basic knowledge of emergency rescue.
5. Operator's responsibility
