Electronic signature does not need to be fair, and it only needs to comply with the relevant provisions of the Electronic Signature Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
According to Article 13 of Chapter III of People's Republic of China (PRC) Electronic Signature Law,
1. When electronic signature production data is used for electronic signature, it belongs exclusively to the electronic signer;
2. When signing, the electronic signature production data is only controlled by the electronic signer;
3. Any changes to the electronic signature after signing can be found;
4. Any changes to electronic content and data form after signature can be found.
Meet the above conditions, as a reliable electronic signature.
At the same time, the legal electronic signature needs to be provided by a third-party electronic certification body authorized by the state.
Article 17 of Chapter III of People's Republic of China (PRC) Electronic Signature Law clearly stipulates that a third-party electronic certification institution shall meet the following conditions:
1. Having professional technical personnel and management personnel suitable for providing electronic authentication services;
2. Having funds and business premises suitable for providing electronic authentication services;
3. There are technologies and equipment that meet the national safety standards;
4. Having the certification document that the national password management institution agrees to use the password;

At the same time, it is regarded as a legal electronic signature certificate, protected by the Electronic Signature Law, and can be used as a legal basis in case of disputes.
two
Electronic signature is not affected by nationality, but only by region.
Electronic signatures used in China, whether from China or foreigners, are legal only if they comply with the relevant provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Electronic Signature Law, which is the legal basis in China and only valid in China. Other countries also have their own relevant laws and regulations.
I hope it helps you.
