Materials required for New Zealand tourist visa application

Basic personal information

1. Original and copy of passport: the last page of the passport must be signed by the holder; validity period It needs to be at least half a year (from the last day of validity of the applied visa); the passport must have at least 2 blank pages for visa use; if there is an old passport, all must be provided.

2. Photos: 2 one-inch photos with white or blue background.

3. Copy of ID card: Copy of front and back, the content must be clear.

4. Original and copy of the household registration booklet: Please provide a copy of each page of the household registration booklet where you are located. For collective household registration, please provide the homepage and personal page.

5. Personal information form: Please fill in each item truthfully, thoroughly and neatly. Providing false and incorrect information may result in visa rejection.

6. Copy of marriage certificate or divorce certificate: If the applicant is already married or divorced, it must be provided.
